TechFlow news, on October 11, cross-chain interoperability protocol LayerZero announced on the X platform that it has launched on the Unichain testnet. Developers and applications connected via LayerZero across over 90 chains can now explore Unichain. Previously, BlockBeats reported that Uniswap Labs announced the launch of Unichain, stating that after years of building and scaling DeFi products, they have identified areas where DeFi needs improvement and the requirements to further advance Ethereum's scalability roadmap.
Notably, Unichain is a fast, decentralized Optimism superchain L2 designed to become the chain for cross-chain DeFi and liquidity.
