TechFlow reports that Initia, a full-chain Rollup network, announced on social media that it has successfully raised $2.5 million in a community funding round via the Echo platform, with 8.12 million community investors participating. The fundraising concluded within two hours.
The financing was conducted through a token purchase agreement at a valuation of $250 million, representing a 28.57% discount compared to Initia's Series A round valuation of $350 million.
