TechFlow news — On September 27, according to Jinshi Data, on September 26 local time, the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a statement announcing that it has determined a Russian cryptocurrency exchange "PM2BTC," linked to Russian national Sergey Sergeyevich Ivanov, to be involved in "illicit finance." Additionally, on the same day, the U.S. Department of the Treasury imposed sanctions on Ivanov and another cryptocurrency exchange, "Cryptex," operating in Russia.
