TechFlow news, on September 26, according to an official announcement, OKX Singapore (OKX SG) announced an upgrade to its custodial wallets to further comply with local regulatory requirements. Per the notice on delisting/suspension of digital assets by OKX, OKX SG will suspend deposits for nine tokens and temporarily remove these tokens from buy, sell, and swap functions.
The affected tokens are: ADA, ALGO, AR, BSV, CSPR, EOS, FIL, NEO, and ORDI. Starting from 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2024 (UTC+8), OKX SG will temporarily delist the above tokens from buy, sell, and swap features. During this period, users will not be able to conduct trading or exchange operations for these tokens on OKX SG. From 10:00 a.m. on October 3, 2024 (UTC+8), OKX SG will also suspend deposit functionality for the aforementioned tokens. However, users may still withdraw these affected tokens.
OKX SG specifically reminds users that after the wallet upgrade is completed, the previous deposit addresses used for these tokens will no longer be supported. To ensure asset security, users are advised to delete these old deposit addresses from all storage locations.
