TechFlow reports that South Korea's leading cryptocurrency exchange Upbit announced today it will suspend digital asset transfers exceeding 1 million KRW (approximately 5,600 CNY) between virtual asset service providers (VASPs) and Borabit, effective September 25, 2024, at 14:00 Korea Standard Time. This decision follows Upbit's periodic risk assessment of VASPs supporting large-value digital asset transfers.
