TechFlow reported on September 23 that according to CME's "Fed Watch" data, the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by 25 basis points in November is 49.8%, while the probability of a 50-basis-point cut stands at 50.2%, nearly equal. The probability of cumulative rate cuts reaching 50 basis points by December is 26.2%, rising to 75 basis points is 50.0%, and reaching 100 basis points is 23.8%.
