TechFlow news, on September 14, Fractal Bitcoin officially released its customized implementation of the ord protocol, a variant based on the Bitcoin mainnet's ord. This version is specifically designed for Ordinals development on the Fractal network. Key updates include: activation height for the Ordinals protocol set at 21000, Runes functionality activation height at 84000, and ticket naming rules adjusted from A-Z to a-z. Additionally, the sats indexing mechanism has been modified to accommodate supply differences between Fractal and Bitcoin. All updates will take effect at block height 21000, introducing new technical infrastructure to the Fractal ecosystem.
