TechFlow reports, Web3 security firm Scam Sniffer has issued a warning via social media about detecting a new malware named Fato Reader specifically targeting cryptocurrency users.
Scam Sniffer stated that incidents of cryptocurrency theft caused by malware have sharply increased recently. The project urges users to remain vigilant and reminds everyone to carefully manage sensitive information stored on their computers to prevent theft by malware.
Scam Sniffer also recommends users install its developed browser extension to enhance security, and pledged it is actively working to protect users from these threats.
