TechFlow news, on September 9, according to Emberscan monitoring, a whale who had accumulated large amounts of ETH through flash loans started liquidating their holdings starting September 7. To date, they have sold 28,564 ETH at an average price of $2,272, amounting to approximately $64.9 million. The whale's current ETH balance has dropped to 2,268 ETH, approaching complete liquidation. Compared to their average purchase cost of $2,885, this results in a loss of up to $17.51 million.
The investor continuously purchased ETH using flash loans from December 2023 until July 2024, acquiring a total of 30,654 ETH at an average price of $2,885, representing a total investment of approximately $88.43 million.
