TechFlow news, on September 6, Nick Pickles, Head of Global Affairs at social media platform X (formerly Twitter), announced he will officially leave the company tomorrow. Pickles has worked at the platform for over ten years, witnessing its transformation from Twitter to X. He stated: "Over the past decade, whether at Twitter or X, working alongside exceptional colleagues both within and outside the company has been central to my role. It has been an honor to lead the global affairs team, and the memories and lifelong friendships I am taking with me far exceed what I imagined when I first walked into the London office in 2014." Pickles revealed he made the decision to depart several months ago and expressed gratitude to X's Chief Legal Officer, Linda Yaccarino, for her support and collaboration during the transition.
