TechFlow reports that Lido DAO has recently initiated two important Snapshot voting proposals.
The first proposal, put forward by MetaLeX, suggests organizing the Lido Syndicate as a BORG (Benevolent Organization for Radical Growth)—a memberless foundation adjacent to Lido DAO—designed to transparently and systematically manage the assets and activities of the Lido Syndicate.
The second proposal concerns the status of CryptoManufaktur as a node operator following its acquisition by Galaxy. The CryptoManufaktur team has confirmed that existing infrastructure will remain unchanged. After discussion, the Lido Node Operator Sub-DAO Governance (LNOSG) proposed allowing Galaxy to continue serving as a node operator, which has now been submitted for DAO voting. Both votes will conclude at 2:00 AM Beijing time on Friday, September 6.
