TechFlow reported on August 13 that, according to Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett, affiliate committees of Fairshake, a pro-cryptocurrency super PAC, have announced their first round of support for Senate candidates.
Defend American Jobs will reserve approximately $12 million for Bernie Moreno's campaign in Ohio to challenge incumbent Senator Sherrod Brown. Protect Progress will reserve about $3 million each for Ruben Gallego’s Senate campaign in Arizona and Elissa Slotkin’s in Michigan.
"Our mission is clear—to support candidates who embrace innovation, want to protect American jobs, and are committed to bipartisan cooperation, while opposing those who don't," said Josh Vlasto, spokesperson for Fairshake. Fairshake has not yet announced whether it will directly support any Senate campaigns.
