TechFlow news, on August 13, Matrixport released a new chart showing recent data indicating that the 30-day realized volatility spread between Ethereum and Bitcoin has been consistently fluctuating between 1.0 and 1.5. This trend suggests that during periods of peak volatility, Ethereum's volatility is 50% higher than Bitcoin's. Although Ethereum has underperformed relative to Bitcoin since the beginning of this bull market, its high volatility has dampened investor appeal. However, as long as the volatility spread remains within this range, establishing positions in Ethereum at lower levels could become an attractive investment opportunity.
