TechFlow news — On August 9, according to The Block, Tether plans to double its workforce to approximately 200 employees by mid-2025. According to CEO Paolo Ardoino, this expansion will primarily strengthen the company's development, investment, and compliance teams.
As the world's largest stablecoin issuer, Tether currently has just over 100 employees yet boasts a market capitalization of $115.4 billion. The company recorded a profit of $5.2 billion in the first half of 2024 and plans to expand its human resources to meet growing user and business demands.
