TechFlow reports, renowned cryptocurrency analyst Willy Woo shared five key macro signals he is closely watching for Bitcoin, with three bullish and two bearish indicators.
Bullish signals:
-
Miner capitulation has ended, one of the most reliable bull market indicators.
-
Hash rate is recovering, with price and hash rate bottoms aligning with the rollout of next-generation mining hardware.
-
Global liquidity is beginning to expand, favoring traditional finance to buy risk assets like Bitcoin.
Bearish signals:
-
Increase in on-exchange supply, including Mt. Gox's transfer of 50,000 BTC to Kraken.
-
Upcoming launch of spot Ethereum ETFs, which may divert some capital away from Bitcoin ETFs.
Woo believes that overall, bullish factors outweigh bearish ones. He noted that in the short term, Bitcoin only needs to break above $73,000 to potentially trigger a short squeeze, pushing prices to $77,000 before entering a price discovery phase.
