TechFlow news, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart said on X that Grayscale has just filed an amended S-1 form, reducing the fee for its Ethereum Mini Trust (ticker ETH) from 0.25% to 0.15%. Grayscale has also changed the fee waiver details: initially similar to BlackRock, it planned to reduce fees to 0.12% for 12 months, but now it has lowered fees to 0% for 6 months.
