"They will appoint an SEC commissioner who is pro-U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, pro-cryptocurrency, and pro-digital assets," he said. "The entire debate over what is a security, what is a token, and all these things will be set aside."
Scaramucci said the Democratic Party's failure to introduce cryptocurrency legislation has damaged its upcoming presidential election prospects. While he supports Trump's stance on cryptocurrencies and agrees on the need to establish clear crypto legislation, he will not vote for the former president in November.
