TechFlow reports that SkyTrade, a blockchain-based global air rights marketplace, has completed its pre-seed funding round led by Modular Capital and Portal Ventures, with participation from the Solana Foundation, Mercatus Center, and angel investors including Santiago R Santos and Yano. The funding amount was not disclosed.
SkyTrade is building the world's first air rights market, enabling property owners, real estate firms, and traders to monetize and seamlessly buy and sell air rights.
