TechFlow reports that on July 9, Treasure DAO launched a proposal to acquire all assets and intellectual property of Ryu Technologies and its DoG protocol for $400,000 worth of MAGIC tokens, including the desktop application, SDK, self-service developer dashboard, admin console, developed games and content.
In addition, the plan includes rebranding the DoG protocol's token to better integrate it into the Treasure ecosystem, and integrating Ryu and DoG protocol’s core team (four members) into Treasure’s core team to accelerate product and technological development, and strengthen the ecosystem and partnerships.
