TechFlow reports, citing Fox Business journalist Eleanor Terrett, that U.S. Senator Cory Booker pointed out nearly half of the enforcement cases at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) are related to cryptocurrency—an "unusual" proportion. In response, CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam said the CFTC is being asked to regulate a market over which it has no jurisdiction and for which it has not been funded, creating significant challenges for the agency and posing risks to both markets.
