TechFlow news — Grayscale's recently released Harris Poll survey shows that voter interest in and awareness of cryptocurrency have significantly increased as the 2024 U.S. election approaches. Nearly one-quarter of potential voters said they would be more interested in investing in Ethereum if an Ethereum ETF were approved.
The latest data indicates that nearly half of voters (47%) expect to include cryptocurrency in their investment portfolios, up from 40% at the end of last year. Inflation remains the top financial concern for voters (28%), highlighting the potential value of transparent, supply-capped assets like Bitcoin. While Trump has embraced cryptocurrency more prominently in his campaign, the survey reveals crypto is a bipartisan issue, with similar ownership rates among Republicans and Democrats (18% and 19%, respectively).
