TechFlow reports that the ether.fi Foundation has announced updates regarding the Season 2 claim checker and airdrop. The claim checker will be delayed and go live on Saturday, July 6. Additionally, the Season 2 airdrop will offer supplementary rewards of up to 150 ETHFI for all small stakers.
ether.fi is collaborating with Chaos Labs to detect Sybil activities and other suspicious behaviors. Users must prove their wallets are not part of a Sybil cluster, or they will lose eligibility for the airdrop. The base linear airdrop remains claimable, but the supplementary rewards require verification within five days. This delay also allows ample time for preparations related to ETHFI staking, with further details to be released in the coming days.
Previous report: ether.fi officially announced on X that Season 2 will end on June 30, the query tool will launch on July 5, and claims can be made starting July 8.
