TechFlow reports on July 4 that DIN, the first modular AI-native data preprocessing layer, has officially launched a new version of its AI data product xData. With this update, users can now access xData for free and earn Wafer points without purchasing Chip NFTs. Wafer is the reward point within the xData ecosystem and will serve as a key basis for $DIN token airdrops, convertible into airdrop entitlements supported by computing power provided through future nodes.
The new version also introduces an invitation link feature and streamlines the referral process—invitees now only need to visit the xData website and connect their wallet to complete the referral (previously requiring a Chip NFT purchase). Additionally, a new onboarding task called "Newbie Task" has been introduced, enabling new users to become familiar with xData operations and stay updated on project developments. The DIN team has further optimized the mobile interface, allowing users to directly use the product and complete on-chain interactions via the OKX Wallet app or mobile browsers. Upcoming plans from DIN include further xData updates, node sales, node mining, airdrop distribution, and TGE.
Previous report: Web3Go rebranded to DIN in May this year and launched xData, its first AI data collection node infrastructure, on opBNB. Within three months of launch, xData has integrated with OKX Wallet and Mantle Network and initiated multi-chain deployment. To date, xData has surpassed 200,000 total users and 40,000 daily active users. Multiple ecosystems and projects have become AI data consumers of xData and have achieved social media growth through it.
