TechFlow News, according to Cointelegraph, Nigeria's High Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Binance regional manager Nadeem Anjarwalla due to lack of prosecution. Anjarwalla had accused the Nigerian government of violating his fundamental rights when it detained him and seized his passport.
Anjarwalla's lawyer applied to withdraw representation so that he could hire new counsel. However, Anjarwalla has now fled to Kenya and failed to appear in court. Nigeria is seeking his extradition. Meanwhile, Tigran Gambaryan, Binance’s head of financial crimes compliance, has also been detained on similar charges and has separately sued the NSA and EFCC, with the case scheduled for trial on July 9.
