TechFlow News, Bitget has recently launched the COO Apprentice Program, part of its Blockchain4Youth initiative, aimed at nurturing young talent through hands-on training and mentorship from Bitget COO Vugar Usi Zade. On June 12, Vugar's three apprentices made their first public appearance at an event hosted by the University of Nicosia—the first university to offer a Master’s degree in Digital Currency and Blockchain—where they gained deeper insights into the latest trends in the crypto industry.
Bitget COO Vugar Usi Zade said: "This program offers young graduates a valuable opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain practical experience. The younger generation represents the future backbone of the industry. We believe that cultivating curious and innovative young talent is a key driver for the growth and development of the blockchain sector."
The Blockchain4Youth initiative was launched in May 2023 with a commitment to invest $10 million over the next five years, aiming to foster youth talent and drive innovation within the Web3 ecosystem.
