TechFlow news, according to The Block, on Friday Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and Invesco Galaxy submitted revised S-1 forms for spot Ethereum ETFs to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
According to its filing documents, Franklin Templeton plans to charge a 0.19% fee.
In its latest amended S-1 filing, VanEck stated that the company received a $100,000 seed investment.
Invesco Galaxy added in its latest amended S-1 filing that BNY Mellon will serve as cash custodian, while Coinbase Custody Trust Company will act as the Ethereum custodian.
