TechFlow news — Cody Carbone, Chief Policy Officer at The Digital Chamber, a cryptocurrency advocacy organization, posted: "We have confirmed that Congress only sent the resolution H.J. Res 109 to repeal SAB 121 to President Biden last night. This resets the 10-day deadline. The U.S. President now has until June 3 to decide whether to veto the resolution (10 days excluding Sundays)."
Previously, the resolution to overturn SAB 121 passed the House on May 8 and the Senate on May 17. Biden was initially expected to make his final decision by May 28.
