TechFlow news: Illia Polosukhin, co-founder of Near, said that NEAR is developing a roadmap for its next phase to become a home for user-owned artificial intelligence (AI). The NEAR ecosystem will continue focusing on usability and mainstream applications, while also working to enhance sharding and scalability. The NEAR Foundation will invest in making NEAR the premier ecosystem for next-generation AI research and applications, including investments in core infrastructure.
Recently, NEAR established the NEAR.AI research and development lab to tackle core challenges in building end-to-end Web3 applications and to invest in cutting-edge research.
