TechFlow reports, according to the U.S. Department of Justice, the federal government has successfully dismantled a dark web drug marketplace, Incognito Market, which facilitated cryptocurrency transactions amounting to $80 million.
The marketplace enabled the sale of various illegal drugs, primarily using Bitcoin and Monero, the Department of Justice said. The main operators have been arrested. The platform's total transaction volume reached $100 million, with $80 million conducted in cryptocurrencies, mainly Bitcoin and privacy-focused Monero (XMR).
