TechFlow news: TrueBridge Capital Partners has announced the successful fundraising of $1.6 billion across five funds, including:
- TrueBridge Capital Partners Fund VIII, which raised $884 million;
- TrueBridge Direct Fund III, which raised $253 million and will focus on late-stage technology companies;
- TrueBridge Secondaries I, which raised $230 million and will focus on diversified portfolios;
- TrueBridge Seed & Micro-VC II, which raised $189 million and will focus on seed-stage and micro venture capital investments;
- The blockchain-focused fund TrueBridge Blockchain I, which raised $62 million to invest in high-potential blockchain projects.
Notably, this marks TrueBridge Capital Partners' first dedicated blockchain fund. Mel Williams, General Partner at the firm, stated that they recognized the potential of blockchain technology early on, and launching this specialized fund underscores their ongoing commitment to the sector.
