TechFlow reported, according to CryptoSlate, that the U.S. state of Oklahoma has signed a bill protecting cryptocurrency-related rights, which will take effect on November 1. Under the new law, the Oklahoma government may not prohibit, restrict, or impair the use of cryptocurrencies in purchases or the right to self-custody cryptocurrencies. Additionally, state and local governments cannot impose additional taxes or fees specifically targeting cryptocurrencies, and participation in any form of mining is legal, thereby protecting both household cryptocurrency mining and mining businesses.
