TechFlow reports, CoinList announced that Tribal launched their token TRIBL in March 2022. The original terms required Tribal to deliver the tokens to purchasers by April 9, 2023. However, Tribal announced a delay in delivery until April 9, 2024. In April 2024, Tribal unilaterally decided once again to postpone the delivery of TRIBL tokens without communicating with users regarding the delivery issue.
Tribal has requested CoinList to agree to a further delay in delivery, but CoinList refuses and will seek possible legal remedies. CoinList does not control the delivery of TRIBL tokens and expresses disappointment over Tribal's inaction and failure to adequately address user concerns.
