TechFlow reports that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has warned the public to beware of an entity named "Quantum AI" suspected of deceiving the public through false information and deepfake videos to promote virtual asset trading services, and spreading false and misleading information.
The police have already blocked its website and social media pages, and reminded the public to remain vigilant against similar websites and pages that may appear. The Quantum AI website has been added to the SFC's list of suspected virtual asset trading platform alerts.
