TechFlow news, according to The Block, the U.S. SEC has postponed its decision on Invesco Galaxy's spot Ethereum ETF application. The SEC has set the next deadline for approving or rejecting the proposed spot Ethereum ETF as July 5.
The SEC stated: "The Commission finds it necessary to designate a longer period within which to issue an order approving or disapproving the proposed rule change in order to have sufficient time to consider the proposed rule change and the issues raised therein." Over the past several weeks, the SEC has delayed decisions on other spot Ethereum ETF applications, including those from Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, VanEck, and BlackRock.
