TechFlow reports that Mode, an L2 network built on the OP Stack, launched Season 2 yesterday, which will run until September 6, 2024. The Season 2 airdrop has allocated 500 million MODE tokens (5% of total supply), and up to 1 million OP tokens will be distributed through various incentive campaigns. Additionally, the platform will introduce new features including applications such as Velodrome and Balancer, new assets like Ethena's USDe and sUSDe, and MODE staking, enabling users to earn points multipliers and qualify for ecosystem airdrops.
