TechFlow News – According to official announcements, the SimpleDVT module on Lido's mainnet has launched, adding 72 new node operators through 12 DVT clusters operated by Obol. All newly deposited ETH into Lido will automatically be directed to the SimpleDVT module.
The current cap for the SimpleDVT module is set at 0.5% of Lido’s total staked ETH. Each DVT cluster undergoes rigorous testing before going live, and the module will receive a higher module fee to incentivize the adoption of this new technology.
With the upcoming completion of SSV testing, Lido is expected to onboard over 250 additional node operators via the SimpleDVT module, significantly enhancing Lido’s decentralization and node resilience.
