TechFlow news: According to official announcements, innovative RWA platform CycleX has revealed a strategic partnership with Singapore's StarArt Technology Innovation Fund to jointly launch a tokenized art fund totaling 1.5 billion USD. The initial issuance of the fund is approximately 15 million USD and is planned to be launched via IEO (Initial Exchange Offering), expected to commence within one month of the announcement.

Meanwhile, Ping An Insurance will provide insurance services, while Standard Chartered Bank will serve as the custodian. The premium portion generated from auctions will be allocated to enhance the fund’s liquidity, ensuring smooth operation and sustainable development. Early participants will benefit from returns derived from art auctions, including final hammer prices and premium surpluses. Through this collaboration, the CycleX platform will deliver professional liquidity management services to ensure market fluidity and asset value stability.
