TechFlow News — A Nigerian court has once again postponed the hearing on bail application for Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan, who remains detained at Kuje Correctional Center. The hearing is now scheduled for April 22, after EFCC requested time to respond to new arguments raised by the defense. Gambaryan’s lawyers criticized the prosecution for failing to respond promptly. Binance is accused of concealing sources of income, while Gambaryan faces money laundering charges. In addition, he has filed a lawsuit against the government alleging human rights violations.
