TechFlow news, according to TheBlock, Coinbase is relocating to a new office in Manhattan, New York, and abandoning its previous workspace in Hudson Yards.
Coinbase has signed an eleven-year lease for 67,208 square feet at One Madison in Manhattan's Flatiron District. The new office is approximately twice the size of its former Hudson Yards space. However, the company has neither changed its remote work policy nor indicated plans to expand its team in New York. Sources noted that Coinbase's employee count has remained relatively stable this year.
