TechFlow reports, according to Spot On Chain monitoring, a whale investor who participated in the Ethereum ICO sold 2,000 ETH at $2,997 each six hours ago, receiving $6 million in the stablecoin USDC. Notably, this whale acquired 33,213 ETH at the Ethereum genesis event on July 30, 2015, at an ICO price of approximately $0.31 per ETH. To date, 5,110 ETH have been deposited into Kraken exchange or sold via decentralized exchanges at an average price of around $2,545 per ETH.
Currently, the whale still holds approximately 29.7K ETH (worth about $89.4 million), primarily distributed across three wallets, with the majority held on staking platforms.
