TechFlow reports that real-world asset tokenization platform Huma Finance has merged with Arf, a liquidity and settlement platform focused on cross-border payments, to advance the adoption of asset digitization. This merger combines two of the most prominent blockchain use cases—asset digitization and cross-border payments—into a single full-stack platform.
The combined company will become part of newly formed 00 Holdings Inc. and will continue operating independently under their existing names and brands. The merger is backed by venture investors from both companies. The merged entity is expected to achieve $30 billion in annual transaction volume driven by partners' monthly demand for $5 billion in liquidity.
