TechFlow reports, Paradigm has announced the open-sourcing of Reth AlphaNet, an OP Stack-compatible testnet designed to maximize Reth's performance and advance cutting-edge Ethereum research experiments.
AlphaNet is a testnet that does not hold assets with real economic value. It implements three unique EIPs and aims to突破 the performance barrier of 1 gigagas per second. The project is built on Reth without forking it. The Reth SDK enables extreme node customization without requiring a node fork. AlphaNet's short-term goal is to test Reth's performance, while its long-term objective is to collaboratively drive the scalability of Ethereum and its L2 ecosystem with the community.
