TechFlow news, according to Yonhap News Agency, a Montenegrin court has again approved the extradition of Do Kwon, a central figure in the Terra Luna cryptocurrency collapse, to either South Korea or the United States, with the final decision resting with the country's Minister of Justice.
The previous extradition ruling was annulled by the Supreme Court and required re-examination.
The Minister of Justice's stance could increase the likelihood of Do Kwon being extradited to the United States. Do Kwon's legal team has three days to file an appeal.
