TechFlow news: Intel has launched a new AI processing chip called GAUDI 3, which is expected to streamline developer workflows, simplify AI infrastructure, and accelerate AI workloads in enterprises.
The chip is projected to deliver four times the computing power, double the network bandwidth, and 1.5 times the HBM memory bandwidth, enabling it to handle the growing scale of large language models (LLMs) without performance degradation.
The Intel GAUDI 3 chip will be generally available in the third quarter, and Intel claims that the new GAUDI 3 outperforms NVIDIA's H100 chip.
