TechFlow reports that Lumoz (formerly Opside), a modular computing layer and ZK-RaaS platform, has raised $6 million in a pre-A funding round at a valuation of $120 million. The round was co-led by OKX Ventures, HashKey Capital, KuCoin Ventures, Comma3 Ventures, Kronos Ventures, Kernel Ventures, and Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon.
Lumoz also plans to launch the mainnet of its computing layer in July, with a token generation event expected in August. Last month, Lumoz launched a points program whereby all points can be converted into future tokens, though the conversion ratio has not yet been determined.
