TechFlow news, Binance has announced it will suspend IOTX deposits and withdrawals on April 3 at 8:00 AM (UTC+8) to support the IoTeX network hard fork upgrade. As a leading DePIN infrastructure project, IoTeX has been making frequent moves recently, and this fork may be related to its upcoming 2.0 strategy.
It is reported that IoTeX's upgrade will increase the block gas limit to 50M, enabling processing speeds of up to 1,000 TPS. Additionally, a new on-chain governance mechanism will be introduced, laying comprehensive technical and governance groundwork for IoTeX 2.0.
