TechFlow reported that Binance has appointed its first board of directors, consisting of seven members. The board includes CEO Richard Teng and three other company executives (Heina Chen, Jinkai He, and Lilai Wang), along with three external members. The external members are Gabriel Abed, former Barbados ambassador to the UAE and Kuwait; Arnaud Ventura, an entrepreneur who has founded multiple companies; and Xin Wang, CEO of Bayview Acquisition Corp. and a financial institution mergers and acquisitions advisor.
Binance has not commented on the appointment but has published the list of board members on its website.
