TechFlow news: Fetch.ai announced that it has partnered with SingularityNET and Ocean Protocol to form the Superintelligence Alliance, with the token ticker $ASI. The goal is "Artificial Superintelligence." The alliance will combine the tokens $FET, $OCEAN, and $AGIX into a new $ASI token. The Superintelligence Alliance's FDV is expected to be approximately $7.5 billion, with 2.631 billion tokens.
Fetch.ai, SingularityNET, and Ocean Protocol will soon submit governance proposals to their respective communities, with voting expected to open on April 2. Fetch.ai will complete its voting by April 7, and all proposals are expected to conclude voting by April 16.
If approved, $FET could be swapped for the Artificial Superintelligence token at a 1:1 ratio. Each $OCEAN will receive 0.433226 $ASI, and each $AGIX will receive 0.433350 $ASI.
