TechFlow news: The EU's securities markets regulator, ESMA, on Monday published a final report on regulatory measures for the EU's crypto-asset markets (MiCA), along with a third set of measures open for public consultation.
The report requires companies to clarify their intention to provide crypto services and their intention to acquire crypto-assets, as well as how service providers should handle complaints.
ESMA has submitted the report to the European Commission, the EU executive body composed of 27 member states, for adoption, and stated it "will provide further advice and technical guidance in this area if needed."
