TechFlow reports, on-chain detective ZachXBT stated on X that following an investigation into French developer Jolan Lacroix, he recently stole $900,000 from the TICKER presale on Base and used the funds to purchase Meme coins and Milady NFTs.
ZachXBT said: "Using the phone number associated with his Telegram account, I searched a private database which revealed his alleged location in France, full name, and other related information. As long as scam victims come forward and file reports with law enforcement in that country, I believe this case has potential, given Jolan's clear written admission."
